How does Rack Row work?

Rack Row turns any power rack into a chest supported row in seconds.

  • Set your safety arms at hip height

    Remove the bench from your power rack and set your safety arms up to hip height. The perfect height will depend on your arm length, play with different settings to discover what works best for your build.

  • Set up your bar or dumbbells, then set Rack Row on the safety arms

    Rack Row lays across a power rack's existing safety arms. The steel end plates keep Rack Row securely in place while you lift. The steel frame and padding ensures you can lift without the worries of other seal row setups.

  • Get on and row!

    You can lie fully prone on the Rack Row for a traditional chest supported row or seal row. Stand to the side for a chest supported bent over row with no need to worry about cheating technique!
